You looked at the website intently for the next few days, constantly looking at the standings. There was only one day to go.
The Wolf Who Fell in Love With Little Red Riding Hood: 957
Romeo and Cinderella: 898
Electric Angel: 932
Cendrillon: 954
Kokoro/Kokoro Kiseki mix: 965
Corrupted Flower: 870
Gemini: 971
Canterella: 825
Feathers Across the Seasons: 1026
Magnet: 1027
It could be any song. With the thousands of fans across the world, they were all voting. It turned out that they were perverts too, since Magnet was the most popular song. The most embarrassing part was the comments section. For example, one fangirl commented: I hope they sing Magnet. I love them so much! And I wonder if Len will go all Spice on ____. Then there was: Romeo and Cinderella MUST be sung. All of the best shippings sing it. Some of the most basic ones were: LEN X ____ 4EVS. Wonderful.
All you could do now is wait. Wait to see which song would win. Anything could happen now. For all you knew, you would be singing the most perverted song on earth.

You woke up and checked the computer first thing in the morning. You looked at the poll.
THE VOTES ARE CLOSED! THE STANDINGS ARE:
3. The Wolf Who Fell in Love With Little Red Riding Hood: 1032
8. Romeo and Cinderella: 902
7. Electric Angel: 957
6. Cendrillon: 972
4. Kokoro/Kokoro Kiseki mix: 989
9. Corrupted Flower: 881
5. Gemini: 986
10. Canterella: 837
1. Feathers Across the Seasons: 1130
2. Magnet: 1034
Feathers Across the Seasons had won by a landslide. You were relieved. You looked at the comments once more. A few mourned the loss of their chosen song; Aw, I wanted to see them sing Kokoro/Kokoro Kiseki. But there were a few that made you blush: ____ sounds so beautiful singing Feathers Across the Seasons. I love her voice. She sounds so amazing!
You went downstairs for breakfast. You saw everyone gathered for breakfast. Meiko still looked like she had a hangover. you took your usual seat at the end, between Len and Rin.
"Looks like you guys get to sing your song. Dang, I wanted to make you sing Magnet," Rin sighed.
"I came up with Romeo and Cinderella," Miku said.
"Corrupted Flower was my idea," Luka said.
"I decided on Cendrillon," IA said.
         "I suggested Canterella," Meiko said.
"I thought you were on my side, IA!" You exclaimed.
IA merely smiled and shrugged. Although you had befriended the girl, she was still plotting against you.
"Oh well. Feather Across the Seasons is still good," Rin sighed.
"Are you all plotting out my musical carrer?" You questioned.
         "Seems like it," Teto said.
"What do you expect? It's Miku," Neru said.
         "Hey!" Miku exclaimed.
Haku and Meiko were still to hungover to talk or think properly.
"Well, at least we got our song," Len said to you.
"We need to find a good place to film. We can use the old set, I guess. And costumes," Luka said.
"And ____ needs a kimono too. Well, a yukata, since we'll be sliming for a while. And it's warm outside," Rin said.
"Yeah, kimonos are heavy enough that I'm happy with a yukata," you nodded.
"We need to practice the song too," Len said.
"We can practice after breakfast," you agreed.
With that, you went down to the practice room.
"Are you happy with the song?" Len asked.
"I'm quite relieved. It was my favourite," you said.
"I thought so. You sung it the best. Better than the other songs."
"I'm surprised it won though. And by a lot, too."
"Well, you would be surprised how easy it is to hack," Len said, a mischievous smile starting to creap on his face.
         "Did you..." You started.
"Of course I wouldn't have! That would be such a tragedy!" Len said, that same smile on his face, mixed with a voice of mocked shock. You couldn't help but laugh.
"I'm happy it isn't Magnet," you said.
"Same here. It doesn't seem... Sincere," Len said, to which you nodded. "Feather Across the Seasons, it's much more real. It isn't as superficial."
"Much nicer to sing too," you added.
"Well, with your voice, you can make any song sound good," Len said, as his eyes quickly darted away, a small blush creeping up on his cheeks.
"It's only thanks to you that I'm here. If not, I would be a nobody, slowly working my way through university," you said. "It's a miracle that we met. I mean, the odds of it are minuscule."
         "Maybe," Len said, trailing off.
"____, do you remember when I was cut off at the show?"
         "Yeah?"
         "Well, the truth is I-"
"Lovebirds! We need to go get ____ a yukata!" Rin yelled.
         You blushed before running up.
         "Who's coming?" You asked.
"Miku, Luka, Gumi, Len, and I. Len's going to come, since he's in the pv with you," Rin said.
So that afternoon, you were trying on a bunch of yukatas.
"It needs to be brighter!" Rin said, as you tried on a black and red yukata.
"No, it isn't feminine enough," Luka said, after you tried on a brown and gold yukata.
"More frills!" Miku said, after you tried on a red and orange yukata with autumn leaves.
"More sheen," Gumi said, after you had done up a pink and gold/yellow yukata.
The girls were finally please when you tried on a light pink yukata with sheer gold ruffles. Gold and bright pink flowers were embroidered on it. Not what you wanted.
"Perfect!" Rin said, clapping her hands together.
          "I love it!" Miku said.
"It looks nice on you," Luka agreed.
"What do you think, Len?" Gumi asked.
"No," he said. "It doesn't suit ____. It's not her style."
          You felt relieved.
"Len, you should pick one out for ____!" Rin said, shoving him up off his seat.
He leafed through the yukatas, all on hangers. He finally paused at one, and handed it to you.
"Try it. I hope you like it," Len said.
You went into the change room again. The yukata was navy. It had a medium greens band across the waist. The navy fabric had Sakura blossoms in silver, teal, light blue, medium blue, light green, dark green, and gold thread. It was beautiful, simple, and you.
You stepped out, wearing the yukata. Len smiled, and the girls were wide-eyed.
"So Len isn't as useless as we thought," Rin said. Len looked offended.
"It's a beautiful yukata," you said in a soft voice.
          Step one: costumes - completed.
Step two: finish memorizing the song - in progress.
Step three: learn choreography - incomplete.
          Step four: film - incomplete.
Steps two and three were finished easily. It wasn't too hard, but the real music video wasn't done yet.
"We need to practice the whole song," you said, one spring morning. Len nodded and started the music.
          "
The powdery snow flutters down,
Coloring the mountain ridge white
The two inside a run-down house in a desolate village
Huddle together in the winter night," you sung, singing along to the slow music in a soft, delicate voice.
          "'
It’d also been snowing the day we’d met,'
You murmured with a smile
And I’d hidden my face flushed from the hearth
Within the shadow of your large sleeve," you continued to sing, Len singing faintly in the background.
        "With a breath of joy
I sang of spring’s arrival along with the chirping birds
"Your voice is beautiful," you told me,
And that alone, just those words, made me so happy," you still sung, in a voice, matching the delicacy of the cherry blossoms that had started to bloom outside of the mansion.
        "'
If someday, I no longer had this beautiful voice,
Would you still, even then, love me?'
'Of course,' you said, smiling gently
As your large hand softly stroked my cheek," you sang, in perfect harmony with Len.
        "
One leaf-lit summer afternoon,
You collapsed from illness
Our poor married life
Couldn’t afford the medicine to cure it

The next day, along with the following,
I did nothing but intently weave
I wouldn’t let your life
Fall like the short-lived autumn leaves,
" you sang, as the music picked up.
        "The seasons flow by
The bell crickets mark the end of summer with their cries
"Your fingers are beautiful," you told me,
Gripping my wound-covered hands,
But yours were much too cold

'If someday, I no longer had these beautiful fingers,
Would you still, even then, love me?'
'Of course,' you said, coughing
As your large hands caressed my hurting fingers," you sung together
        "
Day and night, don’t stop weaving," you sang.
"Ah~" Len sang, holding the note, as your voices blended together.
        "
Hurry, hurry, I need to buy the medicine."
        "The sunset's breeze."
        "
Just a bit more, only a bit more; before the autumn leaves fall."
"Sways the ruthlessly decaying fruit's flame."
"Until these fingers can't move, until these feathers are used up."
        "Until it's used up."
        "'
If someday, I were no longer a human,
would you still love me?”
The truth I feared left unable to be told,
I softly pluck the final feather alone," you sung.
        "'
Of course,' I say, smiling
I promised I’d embrace you when you lost your wings
And that crane which had beautifully taken flight that day,
I’ve never forgotten, and still remember, even now

Just like always, I love you," Len sung, holding the last note.
"Nice," you said, at the end of the song.
        "You too," Len said.
"____, there's something that I've been wanting to tell you for a while," Len started, looking you straight in the eyes.
YOU GUYS DIDNT VOTE. NOW LEN-KUN AND I ARE SAD. So I picked my favourite song. Well, the one I wanted to do. Deal with it.
